I feel it is important to print the lyrics to Foreclosure Mom's, "Mom Raps about Foreclosure" rap video because Foreclosure Mom's lyrics are concise and accurate and convey the lunacy of Barack Obama's HAMP (home affordable mortgage program) as it is presently constructed. Back in December of 2009, the Los Angeles Daily News ran a story about how ineffectual the HAMP program was. It is now 10 MONTHS LATER and not only is HAMP still ineffectual, it is actually laden with film flammery from the ultimate flim flam man, Barack Obama.

To qualify for HAMP, the homeowner is FORCED to get behind on their mortgage payments by 3-4 months. However, once a homeowner takes the prerequisite step of getting 3-4 months behind, the banksters start a process called "parallel foreclosure" in which the banks begin filing the paperwork to FORECLOSE on the HAMPsters home.

And, many many HAMPsters have actually had their home foreclosed on while waiting for their HAMP to be approved. HAMP sounds like a Monty Python skit, BUT IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING TO TENS OF THOUSANDS, PERHAPS HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF HOMEOWNERS EVERY YEAR, courtesy of Barack Obama!

It's almost as if the man who probably forged documents to become eligible to be president of the United States just can't help himself as he backs programs that HAMPer the american dream by requiring a pile of questionable documentation that seems to get lost and then has to be resent again and again by the homeowner. The american dream has been reduced to slowly losing what we already have, versus losing it all overnight, the preferred method of Barack Obama and the banksters.

But don't think I support the republicans either, as in their own way they are even loonier than Barack Obama.

A couple of months ago I wrote about the television programming conspiracy orchestrated by wall street banksters that primarily funds and supports new programming aimed at the youth of our country doing irresponsible things, as being the main reason that Hillary Clinton was supplanted by Barack Obama in 2008.

My article claimed that until a NEW NEWS CHANNEL sprang up aimed at the Fox News age demographics, but with a liberal conservative twist, (aka Hillary Clinton supporters), that non-progressive democrats would not get fair and accurate news reporting. Foreclosure Mom proves this point dramatically. The lyrics to Foreclosure Mom's rap song are profoundly accurate and well researched, yet she falls directly into the abyss of the type of person IGNORED by banksters, wall street and the television news channels.

Foreclosure Mom's rap lyrics are so concentrated with truth that a news director could assign each verse from the rap song to a reporter as a story lead!

I strongly suggest we forget that Hillary Clinton was cheated in 2008, or robbed, or whatever, and realize that without an actual cable channel filled with INTELLIGENT news gathering and reporting, our country will continue to suffer as we never see a successful presidency of the kind that Bill Clinton was just scratching the surface of and that Hillary Clinton could have attained in 2008.

Americans are taught in our Institutions to trust
So I listened to my bank and did what I must

With credit now ruined I called to apply
I was put on hold until I wanted to cry.
After waiting forever and throwing a fit
I was given a list of documents to submit
I gathered up everything and faxed them my stack
After months of calling them, I finally heard back.
The response from the bank could not shock me more
A Notice of Default was nailed on my door.

The day finally came when I was assigned agent Clarence
And soon the bank put me on a plan called forbearance.
For three months I paid more than I had paid before
But the uneasy feelings I couldn't ignore
Three months had passed with my payments on time
But what the bank did next should be a crime.
The bank needed financials and I asked them why
They answered because you may no longer qualify
What they said next went right to my core
In order to qualify I must pay $10,000 more
I sold many things big, medium, and small
The $10,000 booty, the bank got it all
I did all that was asked so our home we would save
I prayed every night and tried to be brave
I never imagined that at the end we would fail
But I knew it had happened when we received a Notice of Sale

The bank gave me a loan they said was a must
And they promised to change it before it adjusts
No court room, no judges, no madams or sirs
The money I owe is to a machine named MERS
My loan was bought many times, I know not the source
I will never find out who is "holder in due course"

So I loaded the cat, dog, and kids in the car
Took the last cash from our small cookie jar
I felt so alone, frightened, sad and so blue
If I could afford council, I would certainly sue
But alas, the bank won, their back gets a pat
No attorney for me they were counting on that.

BOA pays 600 million dollars to investors on their list
Investors get their cash out of the toxic mortgage pool
While I lose my home and my son can't go to school.
Investors are not deemed to know the reps and warranties
Not required to notice the dotted i's and crossed t's
Borrowers they call us, folks like you and me
Servicer's say we're responsible, we signed the 1003.
Investors got paid and no one disputed

This is why Republicans are still worse than democrats. The reason given for impeaching Barack Obama (Impeachment means the bringing of charges even if the charges do not reach a 2/3 majority vote that would be needed to actually remove the president) is because of alleged tampering of Joe Sestak to not run against Arlen Specter.

Can republicans be this narcissistic, self-indulgent galoofs? There IS a reason to impeach Barack Obama, and I wrote about it here, but Joe Sestak IS NOT it. And yet, if this is what republicans come up with, if they really think that what happened to Joe Sestak is MORE IMPORTANT than what is happening to hundreds of thousands of homeowners who were unfairly foreclosed on because of parallel foreclosure, then I hope every republican politician who thinks this way DIES before they can vote on Joe Sestak's "plight".

I respect email communication with others. I feel it is important to respect the privacy of email communications. However, if someone misrepresents an email communication of mine to others, I will most definitely release an email to counter a lie. (It happened once several years ago in another place and time).

I will also consider releasing a communication if I think someone has Clinton Derangement Syndrome; specifically to remind Clinton supporters that there are some haters out there and they will never change.

I'm not asking anyone to hate this person, I simply want you to be aware that no matter what the Clintons do, there will always be people who hate them even though Bill Clinton had the highest approval rating of any president from the past 80 years and perhaps longer, on his final day in office.

Bill Clinton is also the only president in the past 80 years or longer who had a higher approval rating on his final day in office than he did on his first day in office, meaning Bill Clinton trended upward over the course of his presidency.

Granted, I went to this persons 1 million facebook haters against Hillary Clinton club, (which I am happy to report has lost a quarter million members) and asked them to reconsider their hate for Hillary Clinton.

I truly believed we could have a civil discussion. Since that has turned out not to be possible, I thought you should see how quickly the communication turned hostile. The communications were not rapid fire, they were spaced over a few days time so responses could be measured.

Should HillBuzz be moved to the left side of DailyPUMA? I'm open to suggestions.

I used to welcome HillBuzz's articles when they just made logical, pro puma points. Whether or not HillBuzz was PUMA, they had important information to share. HillBuzz also genuinely seems to like Hillary Clinton. However, you can't like and respect a politician while dissing their closest supporters and allies, which HillBuzz has now started to do on a regular basis.

HillBuzz has now crossed over to total moderate conservative republican idealogy. While HillBuzz still professes to be supporters of Hillary Clinton, it would be unrealistic to see their future support for Hillary Clinton helping her, especially after they advocated the ouster of every democratic congress person, even the democrats that supported Hillary Clinton in 2008.

I believe removing the rotting head of the democratic party, Reid and Pelosi, is most important of all, yet Hillbuzz has not stated this as a goal. I find this very disturbing that HillBuzz would prefer to oust all democrats when just ousting the most vocal anti Hillary Clinton politicians would send a clear and loud message.

HillBuzz supporting Hillary Clinton in the future would be like Fox News supporting Hillary Clinton. While Hillbuzz appears to be pretty popular, they clearly are going after the moderate conservative crowd at the expense of Hillary Clinton supporters, and that is sad to see.

It is pretty obvious that HillBuzz will be supporting Sarah Palin for 2012. No matter what Hillary Clinton does for 2012 HillBuzz has already said and done things that will make any future support they may have for Hillary Clinton may look "polarizing" to traditional democrats in 2012.

Maybe Cannonfire had a point when mentioning accusations made by others that HillBuzz was being funded by conservative groups.

DailyPUMA will probably move HillBuzz to the left side column. Unfortunately, there is not enough room to bring the left column up to the top of the page, which means one will have to hunt for their blog.

I think HillBuzz was also the first to mention that Bill Clinton was in the hospital so DailyPUMA may lose part of what it is supposed to do, which is get out eclectic news about politics and Hillary Clinton as fast and efficiently as possible, if HillBuzz is moved to the left side column.

On the other hand, you can sign up for automatic HillBuzz email alerts whenever they release a spicy new article. DailyPUMA is open to other viewpoints on this topic, but for now it seems like Hillbuzz should be moved to the left side of DailyPUMA, no?

There are four equally relevant reasons why DailyPUMA exists.

The first reason was to not let the belief that PUMA's just disappeared into the night after the robbery of the 2008 democratic presidential had been constructed by selfish, upper echelon democratic "leaders" such as Harry "I'm spending as fast as I can" Reid and Nancy "the military jets and drinks on the jets are on me" Pelosi.

The second reason for DailyPUMA was to increase the ability for PUMA's, and those who believe Hillary Clinton was not treated fairly by the media and the democratic party, to absorb more news blogging commentary and stories in a shorter period of time while also keeping PUMAs better educated than other political groups.

An added bonus DailyPUMA provides is to be able to "rebroadcast" important puma blog messages along with international aid stories such as the article about portable housing for Haiti. Who knows, maybe one of the hundreds of people who see the headline on DailyPUMA will email it to someone who has the ability to implement the idea.

The third reason for DailyPUMA was for PUMA bloggers who decided to take a break. The moment a PUMA blogger decides to start writing again, the word would get out because their first article would raise their listing to the top of DailyPUMA.

Bloggers sometimes put so much pressure on themselves to come up with new material that if they take a break, their readership can fall off and maybe not recover. When HillBuzz, Texas Darlin (not officially PUMA's but still supportive of Hillary Clinton) and Katalasis took breaks, the moment they started blogging again, DailyPUMA was able to get the word out.

The fourth reason is basically the three reasons above, but for me on a personal level. Yes, I use Daily PUMA for the exact three reasons cited above. DailyPUMA has been a pleasant surprise for me in how absolutely steady story content gets generated and how steady readership has been over the past 14 months.

I sometimes wish we could gain just one new member a day, yet the truth is most blogs start high and slowly lose ground over time, so remaining steady in readership is really an incredible victory. And of course, not everybody checks in everyday, so it actually may take four or five times the viewership to maintain the daily numbers that DailyPUMA does get.

I use Blog Tracker to measure how many hits DailyPUMA gets a day. DailyPUMA is in the top 2.5% to 3% of all blogs tracked by Blog Tracker.

Whenever DailyPUMA seems to get a bit busier, I will sometimes notice a strange rhythm to the hits. DailyPUMA may get 5 unique hits in 8 minutes time, then nothing for 20 minutes, then 5 more hits in 10 minutes time.

It does make me wonder if not all hits are being recorded as a way to try and demoralize me personally, but I can't worry about it nor can I prove it, its just that the counting sometimes looks irregular. But then again, I noticed the same phenomenon during the Kerry Bush race of 2004. I kept seeing Kerry's vote totals move closer to Bush, then suddenly Bush's lead would almost instantly expand by a million or two votes, then Kerry would slowly make up the difference, then blam, Kerry would be down that same larger amount again.

If one could speed up the vote counter that CBS and other stations were using on election night 2004 from all night to lets say 1-2 minutes, one might actually see the suspicious nature of the vote counting totals more easily, but I digress.

It is valuable to me to know that if I have something to write, my audience is significantly bigger than if I were going it alone, and hopefully, if your blog is listed on DailyPUMA, you feel the same way and have experienced a Daily PUMA "bump".

Is the Public being duped by Roman Polanski?

The actual plea bargain that the judge in the Roman Polanski case first agreed to back in the 70's, and then changed his mind about, was nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

Is it possible the the "controversy" over whether or not Mr. Polanski will be extradited from France to the U.S. is nothing more than a cover to get Mr. Polanksi the old deal that the judge took away?

What if one of Polanski's attorneys were to say at a press conference, "It was a tough negotiation, but we got Mr. Polanski to agree to the original plea bargain that the judge initially imposed, Mr. Polanski agrees to waive extradition and come back to the United States."

Would that really be justice?

I believe it would be a real slap in the face that in no way fits the alleged crime that occurred If Mr. Polanski were to only receive the original plea bargain that was taken off the table, presumably taken off the table because it was way too soft.

Luring a 13 year old to Jack Nicholson's home under the guise of taking photos to further her possibly budding model career, and then allegedly raping her, even after she says no, has to have jail time associated with it.

What if Mr. Polanski had actually kept true to his word and taken photos of the girl as he had promised INSTEAD of raping her? Isn't it possible the young girl might have actually had a career? Mr. Polanski stole many things from his victim, he didn't just steal her childhood, he also stole her dreams even as he lived out his own, and I believe Mr. Polansky should do jail time as a result.

Chase Bank Protest Explained, why the 2% to 5% monthly minimum payment increase is just so wrong.

One columnist mistakenly suggested that credit card debtors "Start paying off cards with the highest balance first". What they probably meant to say was, "pay off cards with the highest interest rate first."

Chase bank is forcing two million customers with low interest, life of the loan credit card debt to pay an additional 150% each month above and beyond what they are already paying. If the customer cannot afford the higher payment, they lose their low interest rate.

If the customer does make the higher payment, it just means they can't pay down their higher rate interest cards as quickly, causing their outstanding high interest rate debts to increase faster than the paying down of their lower interest rate cards with the 5% monthly minimum payment requirement.

What makes Chase Bank's accelerated paydown mandate that will affect over 2 million of their most loyal, never late paying credit card customers so calamitous is it will cause total loss in savings each and every month of between 100 to 500 million dollars! EVERY MONTH!

Chase Bank has been trying to spin their consumer credit card bait and switch swindle as tough love when it is nothing more than paper violence that we are told is being done for our own good.

Additionally, Chase Bank makes their banking competition look bad as they jump to the front of the line and grab a significantly bigger piece of less available consumer spending money that was meant for the entire credit card industry, not just Chase Bank.

Please fight back, this may be one of the biggest economic swindles ever perpetrated in modern times and it is being done in such an open and arrogant manner by a group of Chase Bank executive board members who are so out of touch that the president of Chase Bank told fourth graders they could earn 10% on a savings account even as Chase Bank robs their parents to the tune of .01 percent earnings on their savings account.

I wrote letters to 50 attorneys general in the United States back in 2004 when my GM card raised the monthly minimum payment from 2.0 percent to 2.5% and would not allow me to opt out. It appears they did nothing to protect the consumer when it comes to opting out as now Chase credit card has done the exact same thing, and topped what GM card did by raising the monthly minimum payment by 250% to their best customers while not allowing them to opt out. Barack Obama is NOT a Natural Born citizen. Gasp, I never thought I'd write that.

Even though I am involved with DailyPUMA, I have been one of those PUMA's who thought the whole Barack Obama Citizenship issue was a non issue. I was convinced that since Barack Obama was born on US soil, he IS A US CITIZEN. I had no idea what natural born citizen meant, I thought it was just some foofy phrase full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

But then I read the wikipedia natural born citizen, entry. It took me a few readings spread out over a couple of days for me to understand what natural born citizen meant. Our founding FATHERS (with my apologies to those of American Indian descent) did not want american born citizens eligible to become president if their parents (actually just the father) were not at the very least naturalized citizens of the United States. A child born to foreigners on American soil would still be a naturalized citizen, but the child would not be a natural born citizen, and therefore not eligible to be either president or vice-president. Should this child grow up and have children with another US citizen, those children would be natural born. This is all very logical. Natural Born means the birth is a natural result of two naturalized citizens living in the United States and then having a child.

But what if only one parent is a Naturalized US citizen? Does it matter which parent is a naturalized US citizen when it comes to determining if a child born on US soil or territories is either a naturalized citizen, or, a natural born citizen? According to the World Book 1962 edition, Before 1922, a women's citizenship usually changed with that of her husband. Ergo, the founding Fathers were referring to the father being a Naturalized US citizen for his son or daughter to be a natural born citizen.

Our Founding FATHERS didn't seem to think that women were completely equal to men when the constitution was established. Our Founding FATHERS accepted slavery and did not allow slaves or women the right to vote, once again a sign they very protective of who could vote on important issues such as the presidential race.

Wikipedia presents an interesting case study...

Chester A. Arthur (1829-1886), 21st president of the United States, might have been born in Canada.[21] This was never demonstrated by his political opponents, although they raised the objection during his vice-presidential campaign. He was born to a U.S.-citizen mother and a father from Ireland who was eventually naturalized as a U.S. citizen. Arthur was sworn in as president when President Garfield died after being shot.

The key to this passage is "a father from Ireland who was eventually naturalized as a U.S. citizen. Even though the mother was already a US naturalized citizen, it wasn't until Garfield's father became naturalized that Chester Arthur could lay claim to being a natural born citizen.

If Chester Arthur was born in the United States, but his father had never become a US citizen, Chester Arthur would NOT have been eligible to BE (not run for, but be) either president or vice president of the United States irrespective of his mother's citizenship. While objections were raised over where Chester Arthur was born, the biggest issue appears to be establishing who the heck his father's allegiance/citizenship was with. This is key to the entire issue. If Dad's citizenship matters in determining natural born status for Chester Arthur, then it matters when defining Barack Obama's citizen status as well. Don't think for a minute that if a foreigner came to America, implanted his seed in an american female naturalized citizen, and then left after a couple of years, that our founding FATHERS would consider that child a natural born citizen. The child would be a naturalized citizen, but not a natural born citizen.

Otherwise, were Osama Bin Laden to sneak into the U.S. and impregnant a US naturalized female, the child could grow up to be president one day, that's why the natural born citizen law was put into effect by our founding fathers.

Barack Obama IS a naturalized citizen, he is NOT a natural born citizen because of his father lack of naturalized citizenship.

Isn't it ironic that in the mid 90's Barack Obama himself appears to have ignored his dying mother so he could fly to Bali to finish his long delayed first book about his sperm donor father, yet now Barack Obama must COMPLETELY depend on his mummy's citizenship in an effort to declare himself a natural born citizen.

Not only did Barack Obama Sr. never become a US citizen, Barack Obama Sr. would eventually become a Kenyan Political consultant, which would absolutely result in Barack Obama NOT being eligible for natural born citizenship, if Barack Obama Sr had already landed that job while Barack Obama was being birthed. Political operatives of other countries CANNOT create a natural born citizen in the United States irrespective of the mothers U.S. natural citizenship, they can however help create a naturalized citizen of the united states.

The Barack Obama "Bro's before Ho's" campaign should be extinguished by the fact that Barack Obama's father was NOT a US citizen and therefore Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen, a fact that should elicit some chuckling from Alice Walker and other politicians whom in the past Barack Obama has managed to have disqualified for technical reasons far less egregious than not being a natural born citizen.

Lets just hope the Supreme Court is not afraid to do the right and constitutionally lawful thing before Barack Obama is sworn into office.

Are there any US presidents whose father was NOT a naturalized U.S. citizen? If there have not been any prior to Barack Obama, than Barack Obama's father would be the first, and would lend credence to the idea that clearly Barack Obama IS a naturalized citizen, he's just NOT a natural born citizen and therefore not elegible to be either president or vice president of the United States of America.
