Image of dog baring fangs just moments before snapping at the friendly tv anchor. TV Anchor was in the middle of saying Happy Valentines day when the dog snap bit her.

Thankfully, it was not a mauling. It was just a quick snap. By not showing the video, it conjures up images of a blood bath. The Dog snapped at the news anchor.

Seeing the video is actually very educational, perhaps it prevents future dog bites. Why is this video being squashed by the copyright owners?

Debt forgiveness is a complex subject. Many times the interest charged on a loan can end up being being for more money than the original loan amount itself. So when Occupy Protestors demand debt forgiveness, they are actually asking for both principle and interest rate charges.

The logical, middle ground would be to demand that consumers have the right to restructure existing debt without having to default first. It's really that simple.

Presently, student loans, home mortgages, and credit card debts must be defaulted before they can be restructured. However, the default usually makes matters worse, not only for the present debt, but for future loans as well. Even getting a job can be affected if one has a default against them.

It is naive to expect debt forgiveness that forgives both the principle and the interest rate charges, it is reasonable to demand that restructuring a debt should not require a default first.

Two names that I have not forgotten from the 2008 democratic presidential nomination race are Dave "Mudcat" Saunders and Chris Kofinis. Both of these hugely integrated John Edwards campaign staff members staunchly attacked Hillary Clinton during their own appearances on MSNBC and CNN.

Here is a quote from Dave "Mudcat" Saunders that I took right off the airwaves back in 2008 just after John Edwards resigned from the 2008 democratic nomination race...

"I will do everything within my power so Edwards doesn't endorse Hillary Clinton" -Dave "Mudcat" Saunders.

Not to be outdone by Saunders, Chris Kofinis denied any and all knowledge of anything to do with John Edwards and his baby daddy situation or the affair that led to Edwards fathering a child.

Maybe Kofinis did not know, but Kofinis had such an integral position in the Edwards campaign that it would seem that he might have been confided in in regards to Edward's secrets.

Kofinis stated on MSNBC that he had no knowledge of the Edwards affair even though he was communications director of the Edwards campaign!

When do the actions of Edwards supporters spill over into an admission that Hillary Clinton was wrongly attacked by those hiding John Edward's secrets?

When does a grand jury investigation take a position on the ability of a wounded political campaign to continue to take pot shots at another democratic rival in exchange for remaining on payroll even after secretly knowing their own candidate cannot win and will be resigning?

Does not such a conflicted position create political pundits on a payroll using their positions to wound another candidacy simply because they have nothing else to lose but a paycheck to gain?

Shouldn't the threat of jail time be an added incentive to cease and desist talking negatively about competing political rivals if their own candidate can no longer win because of their own actions?

Will Kofinis and Saunders be investigated to see if they continued with political attacks against democratic rivals even after they knew their own candidate's own behavior had torpedo'd any chance of becoming the democratic presidential nominee in 2008?

If Kofinis and Saunders had any knowledge of Edwards actions, and still attacked a fellow democratic rival in exchange for being on Edward's payroll, are their actions any different than what John Edwards did?

When you click on the link above, you will see two photos that overlay exactly on top of each other that show the before and after of the Tornados that hit Joplin, Missouri. What is really amazing to me is the lack of green in the after picture.

I think anything green has been totally covered by the remains of people's homes and businesses that have been scattered throughout the entire region. Hundreds have been killed.

One young man was sucked out of the roof of the SUV his father was driving when the tornado overtook their car. I can't even fathom the shock of being lifted out of a moving car and then what???? Lifted up into the sky, twirled around, and where did he go? He hasn't been found.

Identifying the REAL ISSUES regarding Arnold Schwarzenegger's Secret Baby Caper.

Lets put to bed some of the non issues in regards to Arnold Schwarzenegger's secret baby.

The woman Arnold apparently had an affair with is apparently not as pretty as Maria Shriver. Who cares! It is completely irrelevant how pretty the person Arnold allegedly had an affair with, is, or was.

Other celebrities and politicians have had babies out of wedlock.
The difference appears to be not only the length of time that has elapsed has been a decade or longer, it's also that Arnold got to choose when to expose the secret. Arnold waited until AFTER he served his entire 8 year term as governor, so trying to say it's like other out of wedlock situations is not really accurate.

So what are some of the more germane issues?

The biggest one for me is if Arnold Schwarzenegger truly kept the pregnancy and the child a secret from Maria Shriver, while also allowing the person he allegedly had the affair with to keep working within the Schwarzenegger household for the next decade, he potentially endangered Maria Shriver's life.

Yes, Maria Shriver was at the mercy of a woman who could have snapped at any time over her desire for her son to have a real dad. The whole time that Shriver's rival was sizing her up in Shriver's home, Shriver didn't know there was a rivalry, and that is beyond deplorable.

In my opinion it's criminal behavior on Schwarzenegger's part to allow a secret love interest to actually prepare meals for Shriver, to possibly even have access to prescriptions as well. It also shows horribly bad, and ultra narcissistic behavior on Schwarzenegger's part if he never even considered that his wife could be in danger.

The second issue for me is that Arnold got to share his secret with the world on his own terms when he wasn't the only one that was affected. I think Arnold's calculating narcissism has already backfired on him. The fact that Arnold retained such control for so long might result in those who knew him, including political allies, friends, family and even fans, feeling trivialized.

To be fair to Maria Shriver, perhaps if she had known about Arnold Schwarzenegger's affair and secret baby years ago, maybe she doesn't publicly support Barack Obama over Hillary Clinton when she herself had acknowledged that both candidates were terrific.

Back when Arnold first ran for governor of California, one of his opponents was Arianna Huffington. So it comes as an interesting twist that twice now Maria Shriver has supported a male political candidate over an equally qualified female candidate that was also on the ballot.

And yet, Maria Shriver runs an annual Women's conference.

Headlines never cease to amaze me for their inaccuracy when it comes to what the story is really about. This story is not just about milk, it's about the aftermath of what has happened in Japan.

On top of that, there a couple shots of left behind dogs that I can't get out of my mind.

Perhaps because it is so opposite of practically every child in danger or dog in danger story where the dog or the child is taken away from their home by one of dozens of nefarious forces or situations.

In this instance, the dogs are just, left behind.

Incredibly, these dogs have become accidental radioactive test subjects, were they not to presumably die from starvation first.

Three scenarios that come to mind. One, just ignore the dogs, as apparently has been done in some abandoned cities near the nuclear reactor sites in Japan. Two, supply the dogs with local food, leave them there, then periodically test them for radioactivity, or three, PICK THEM UP!

Of the three, leaving the dogs behind and not feeding them seems the cruelest because it makes their lives less meaningful on a social and international level, and along with the radioactivity they are enduring that will probably affect their physical health, also harms the dogs psychologically.

This story about Christina Taylor Green from the AP via NPR was so heart wrenching on so many levels I could have never written it myself.

Christina Taylor Green was the nine year old shot gun murder victim from the Tucson Arizona Congress on your Corner massacre. Christina was there because she wanted to meet Gabrielle Giffords, a passing of the torch from an adult female politician to a 9 year old fan, who by the way wanted to be the first female major league baseball player.

Christina was also a 911 baby and I would have loved to have read about her successes as she became an adult, a happy offshoot from a terrible day in American History.

My ongoing boycott of MSNBC was interrupted today when the cable guy showed up to make a repair. When the channel ended up on MSNBC for a moment, I had the chance to hear a rant by Cenk Uygur and it just came off as so arrogant, condescending, racist, and high brow, all at the same time.

I don't remember the exact words, but this nutjob was going on and on about how the U.S. was becoming a "progressive nation". I took this to mean, the old school republicans and old school democrats are a thing of the past. Time for a rainbow coalition that is about every flavor, except for caucusian.

I feel it is important to print the lyrics to Foreclosure Mom's, "Mom Raps about Foreclosure" rap video because Foreclosure Mom's lyrics are concise and accurate and convey the lunacy of Barack Obama's HAMP (home affordable mortgage program) as it is presently constructed. Back in December of 2009, the Los Angeles Daily News ran a story about how ineffectual the HAMP program was. It is now 10 MONTHS LATER and not only is HAMP still ineffectual, it is actually laden with film flammery from the ultimate flim flam man, Barack Obama.

To qualify for HAMP, the homeowner is FORCED to get behind on their mortgage payments by 3-4 months. However, once a homeowner takes the prerequisite step of getting 3-4 months behind, the banksters start a process called "parallel foreclosure" in which the banks begin filing the paperwork to FORECLOSE on the HAMPsters home.

And, many many HAMPsters have actually had their home foreclosed on while waiting for their HAMP to be approved. HAMP sounds like a Monty Python skit, BUT IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING TO TENS OF THOUSANDS, PERHAPS HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF HOMEOWNERS EVERY YEAR, courtesy of Barack Obama!

It's almost as if the man who probably forged documents to become eligible to be president of the United States just can't help himself as he backs programs that HAMPer the american dream by requiring a pile of questionable documentation that seems to get lost and then has to be resent again and again by the homeowner. The american dream has been reduced to slowly losing what we already have, versus losing it all overnight, the preferred method of Barack Obama and the banksters.

But don't think I support the republicans either, as in their own way they are even loonier than Barack Obama.

A couple of months ago I wrote about the television programming conspiracy orchestrated by wall street banksters that primarily funds and supports new programming aimed at the youth of our country doing irresponsible things, as being the main reason that Hillary Clinton was supplanted by Barack Obama in 2008.

My article claimed that until a NEW NEWS CHANNEL sprang up aimed at the Fox News age demographics, but with a liberal conservative twist, (aka Hillary Clinton supporters), that non-progressive democrats would not get fair and accurate news reporting. Foreclosure Mom proves this point dramatically. The lyrics to Foreclosure Mom's rap song are profoundly accurate and well researched, yet she falls directly into the abyss of the type of person IGNORED by banksters, wall street and the television news channels.

Foreclosure Mom's rap lyrics are so concentrated with truth that a news director could assign each verse from the rap song to a reporter as a story lead!

I strongly suggest we forget that Hillary Clinton was cheated in 2008, or robbed, or whatever, and realize that without an actual cable channel filled with INTELLIGENT news gathering and reporting, our country will continue to suffer as we never see a successful presidency of the kind that Bill Clinton was just scratching the surface of and that Hillary Clinton could have attained in 2008.

So I listened to my bank and did what I must

I gathered up everything and faxed them my stack
After months of calling them, I finally heard back.
The response from the bank could not shock me more
A Notice of Default was nailed on my door.

And soon the bank put me on a plan called forbearance.
For three months I paid more than I had paid before
But the uneasy feelings I couldn't ignore

In order to qualify I must pay $10,000 more
I sold many things big, medium, and small

The reason given for impeaching Barack Obama (Impeachment means the bringing of charges even if the charges do not reach a 2/3 majority vote that would be needed to actually remove the president) is because of alleged tampering of Joe Sestak to not run against Arlen Specter.

I respect email communication with others. I feel it is important to respect the privacy of email communications. However, if someone misrepresents an email communication of mine to others, I will most definitely release an email to counter a lie. (It happened once several years ago in another place and time).

I will also consider releasing a communication if I think someone has Clinton Derangement Syndrome; specifically to remind Clinton supporters that there are some haters out there and they will never change.

I'm not asking anyone to hate this person, I simply want you to be aware that no matter what the Clintons do, there will always be people who hate them even though Bill Clinton had the highest approval rating of any president from the past 80 years and perhaps longer, on his final day in office.
Bill Clinton is also the only president in the past 80 years or longer who had a higher approval rating on his final day in office than he did on his first day in office, meaning Bill Clinton trended upward over the course of his presidency.

Granted, I went to this persons 1 million facebook haters against Hillary Clinton club, (which I am happy to report has lost a quarter million members) and asked them to reconsider their hate for Hillary Clinton.

I truly believed we could have a civil discussion. Since that has turned out not to be possible, I thought you should see how quickly the communication turned hostile. The communications were not rapid fire, they were spaced over a few days time so responses could be measured.

I used to welcome HillBuzz's articles when they just made logical, pro puma points. Whether or not HillBuzz was PUMA, they had important information to share. HillBuzz also genuinely seems to like Hillary Clinton. However, you can't like and respect a politician while dissing their closest supporters and allies, which HillBuzz has now started to do on a regular basis.

HillBuzz has now crossed over to total moderate conservative republican idealogy. While HillBuzz still professes to be supporters of Hillary Clinton, it would be unrealistic to see their future support for Hillary Clinton helping her, especially after they advocated the ouster of every democratic congress person, even the democrats that supported Hillary Clinton in 2008.

I believe removing the rotting head of the democratic party, Reid and Pelosi, is most important of all, yet Hillbuzz has not stated this as a goal. I find this very disturbing that HillBuzz would prefer to oust all democrats when just ousting the most vocal anti Hillary Clinton politicians would send a clear and loud message.

HillBuzz supporting Hillary Clinton in the future would be like Fox News supporting Hillary Clinton. While Hillbuzz appears to be pretty popular, they clearly are going after the moderate conservative crowd at the expense of Hillary Clinton supporters, and that is sad to see.

It is pretty obvious that HillBuzz will be supporting Sarah Palin for 2012. No matter what Hillary Clinton does for 2012 HillBuzz has already said and done things that will make any future support they may have for Hillary Clinton may look "polarizing" to traditional democrats in 2012.

Maybe Cannonfire had a point when mentioning accusations made by others that HillBuzz was being funded by conservative groups.

DailyPUMA will probably move HillBuzz to the left side column. Unfortunately, there is not enough room to bring the left column up to the top of the page, which means one will have to hunt for their blog.

I think HillBuzz was also the first to mention that Bill Clinton was in the hospital so DailyPUMA may lose part of what it is supposed to do, which is get out eclectic news about politics and Hillary Clinton as fast and efficiently as possible, if HillBuzz is moved to the left side column.

There are four equally relevant reasons why DailyPUMA exists.

The first reason was to not let the belief that PUMA's just disappeared into the night after the robbery of the 2008 democratic presidential had been constructed by selfish, upper echelon democratic "leaders" such as Harry "I'm spending as fast as I can" Reid and Nancy "the military jets and drinks on the jets are on me" Pelosi.

The second reason for DailyPUMA was to increase the ability for PUMA's, and those who believe Hillary Clinton was not treated fairly by the media and the democratic party, to absorb more news blogging commentary and stories in a shorter period of time while also keeping PUMAs better educated than other political groups.

An added bonus DailyPUMA provides is to be able to "rebroadcast" important puma blog messages along with international aid stories such as the article about portable housing for Haiti. Who knows, maybe one of the hundreds of people who see the headline on DailyPUMA will email it to someone who has the ability to implement the idea.

The third reason for DailyPUMA was for PUMA bloggers who decided to take a break. The moment a PUMA blogger decides to start writing again, the word would get out because their first article would raise their listing to the top of DailyPUMA.

Bloggers sometimes put so much pressure on themselves to come up with new material that if they take a break, their readership can fall off and maybe not recover. When HillBuzz, Texas Darlin (not officially PUMA's but still supportive of Hillary Clinton) and Katalasis took breaks, the moment they started blogging again, DailyPUMA was able to get the word out.

The fourth reason is basically the three reasons above, but for me on a personal level. Yes, I use Daily PUMA for the exact three reasons cited above. DailyPUMA has been a pleasant surprise for me in how absolutely steady story content gets generated and how steady readership has been over the past 14 months.

I sometimes wish we could gain just one new member a day, yet the truth is most blogs start high and slowly lose ground over time, so remaining steady in readership is really an incredible victory. And of course, not everybody checks in everyday, so it actually may take four or five times the viewership to maintain the daily numbers that DailyPUMA does get.

I use Blog Tracker to measure how many hits DailyPUMA gets a day. DailyPUMA is in the top 2.5% to 3% of all blogs tracked by Blog Tracker.

Whenever DailyPUMA seems to get a bit busier, I will sometimes notice a strange rhythm to the hits. DailyPUMA may get 5 unique hits in 8 minutes time, then nothing for 20 minutes, then 5 more hits in 10 minutes time.

It does make me wonder if not all hits are being recorded as a way to try and demoralize me personally, but I can't worry about it nor can I prove it, its just that the counting sometimes looks irregular. But then again, I noticed the same phenomenon during the Kerry Bush race of 2004. I kept seeing Kerry's vote totals move closer to Bush, then suddenly Bush's lead would almost instantly expand by a million or two votes, then Kerry would slowly make up the difference, then blam, Kerry would be down that same larger amount again.

If one could speed up the vote counter that CBS and other stations were using on election night 2004 from all night to lets say 1-2 minutes, one might actually see the suspicious nature of the vote counting totals more easily, but I digress.

It is valuable to me to know that if I have something to write, my audience is significantly bigger than if I were going it alone, and hopefully, if your blog is listed on DailyPUMA, you feel the same way and have experienced a Daily PUMA "bump".

Is the Public being duped by Roman Polanski?

The actual plea bargain that the judge in the Roman Polanski case first agreed to back in the 70's, and then changed his mind about, was nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

Is it possible the the "controversy" over whether or not Mr. Polanski will be extradited from France to the U.S. is nothing more than a cover to get Mr. Polanksi the old deal that the judge took away?

What if one of Polanski's attorneys were to say at a press conference, "It was a tough negotiation, but we got Mr. Polanski to agree to the original plea bargain that the judge initially imposed, Mr. Polanski agrees to waive extradition and come back to the United States."

Would that really be justice?

I believe it would be a real slap in the face that in no way fits the alleged crime that occurred If Mr. Polanski were to only receive the original plea bargain that was taken off the table, presumably taken off the table because it was way too soft.

Luring a 13 year old to Jack Nicholson's home under the guise of taking photos to further her possibly budding model career, and then allegedly raping her, even after she says no, has to have jail time associated with it.

What if Mr. Polanski had actually kept true to his word and taken photos of the girl as he had promised INSTEAD of raping her? Isn't it possible the young girl might have actually had a career? Mr. Polanski stole many things from his victim, he didn't just steal her childhood, he also stole her dreams even as he lived out his own, and I believe Mr. Polansky should do jail time as a result.

One columnist mistakenly suggested that credit card debtors "Start paying off cards with the highest balance first". What they probably meant to say was, "pay off cards with the highest interest rate first."

Chase bank is forcing two million customers with low interest, life of the loan credit card debt to pay an additional 150% each month above and beyond what they are already paying. If the customer cannot afford the higher payment, they lose their low interest rate.

If the customer does make the higher payment, it just means they can't pay down their higher rate interest cards as quickly, causing their outstanding high interest rate debts to increase faster than the paying down of their lower interest rate cards with the 5% monthly minimum payment requirement.

What makes Chase Bank's accelerated paydown mandate that will affect over 2 million of their most loyal, never late paying credit card customers so calamitous is it will cause total loss in savings each and every month of between 100 to 500 million dollars! EVERY MONTH!

Chase Bank has been trying to spin their consumer credit card bait and switch swindle as tough love when it is nothing more than paper violence that we are told is being done for our own good.

Additionally, Chase Bank makes their banking competition look bad as they jump to the front of the line and grab a significantly bigger piece of less available consumer spending money that was meant for the entire credit card industry, not just Chase Bank.

Please fight back, this may be one of the biggest economic swindles ever perpetrated in modern times and it is being done in such an open and arrogant manner by a group of Chase Bank executive board members who are so out of touch that the president of Chase Bank told fourth graders they could earn 10% on a savings account even as Chase Bank robs their parents to the tune of .01 percent earnings on their savings account.

Barack Obama is NOT a Natural Born citizen. Gasp, I never thought I'd write that.

Even though I am involved with DailyPUMA, I have been one of those PUMA's who thought the whole Barack Obama Citizenship issue was a non issue. I was convinced that since Barack Obama was born on US soil, he IS A US CITIZEN. I had no idea what natural born citizen meant, I thought it was just some foofy phrase full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

But then I read the wikipedia natural born citizen, entry. It took me a few readings spread out over a couple of days for me to understand what natural born citizen meant. Our founding FATHERS (with my apologies to those of American Indian descent) did not want american born citizens eligible to become president if their parents (actually just the father) were not at the very least naturalized citizens of the United States. A child born to foreigners on American soil would still be a naturalized citizen, but the child would not be a natural born citizen, and therefore not eligible to be either president or vice-president. Should this child grow up and have children with another US citizen, those children would be natural born. This is all very logical. Natural Born means the birth is a natural result of two naturalized citizens living in the United States and then having a child.

But what if only one parent is a Naturalized US citizen? Does it matter which parent is a naturalized US citizen when it comes to determining if a child born on US soil or territories is either a naturalized citizen, or, a natural born citizen? According to the World Book 1962 edition, Before 1922, a women's citizenship usually changed with that of her husband. Ergo, the founding Fathers were referring to the father being a Naturalized US citizen for his son or daughter to be a natural born citizen.

Our Founding FATHERS didn't seem to think that women were completely equal to men when the constitution was established. Our Founding FATHERS accepted slavery and did not allow slaves or women the right to vote, once again a sign they very protective of who could vote on important issues such as the presidential race.

Wikipedia presents an interesting case study...

Chester A. Arthur (1829-1886), 21st president of the United States, might have been born in Canada.[21] This was never demonstrated by his political opponents, although they raised the objection during his vice-presidential campaign. He was born to a U.S.-citizen mother and a father from Ireland who was eventually naturalized as a U.S. citizen. Arthur was sworn in as president when President Garfield died after being shot.

The key to this passage is "a father from Ireland who was eventually naturalized as a U.S. citizen. Even though the mother was already a US naturalized citizen, it wasn't until Garfield's father became naturalized that Chester Arthur could lay claim to being a natural born citizen.

If Chester Arthur was born in the United States, but his father had never become a US citizen, Chester Arthur would NOT have been eligible to BE (not run for, but be) either president or vice president of the United States irrespective of his mother's citizenship. While objections were raised over where Chester Arthur was born, the biggest issue appears to be establishing who the heck his father's allegiance/citizenship was with. This is key to the entire issue. If Dad's citizenship matters in determining natural born status for Chester Arthur, then it matters when defining Barack Obama's citizen status as well. Don't think for a minute that if a foreigner came to America, implanted his seed in an american female naturalized citizen, and then left after a couple of years, that our founding FATHERS would consider that child a natural born citizen. The child would be a naturalized citizen, but not a natural born citizen.

Otherwise, were Osama Bin Laden to sneak into the U.S. and impregnant a US naturalized female, the child could grow up to be president one day, that's why the natural born citizen law was put into effect by our founding fathers.

Barack Obama IS a naturalized citizen, he is NOT a natural born citizen because of his father lack of naturalized citizenship.

Isn't it ironic that in the mid 90's Barack Obama himself appears to have ignored his dying mother so he could fly to Bali to finish his long delayed first book about his sperm donor father, yet now Barack Obama must COMPLETELY depend on his mummy's citizenship in an effort to declare himself a natural born citizen.

Not only did Barack Obama Sr. never become a US citizen, Barack Obama Sr. would eventually become a Kenyan Political consultant, which would absolutely result in Barack Obama NOT being eligible for natural born citizenship, if Barack Obama Sr had already landed that job while Barack Obama was being birthed. Political operatives of other countries CANNOT create a natural born citizen in the United States irrespective of the mothers U.S. natural citizenship, they can however help create a naturalized citizen of the united states.

The Barack Obama "Bro's before Ho's" campaign should be extinguished by the fact that Barack Obama's father was NOT a US citizen and therefore Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen, a fact that should elicit some chuckling from Alice Walker and other politicians whom in the past Barack Obama has managed to have disqualified for technical reasons far less egregious than not being a natural born citizen.

Lets just hope the Supreme Court is not afraid to do the right and constitutionally lawful thing before Barack Obama is sworn into office.

Are there any US presidents whose father was NOT a naturalized U.S. citizen? If there have not been any prior to Barack Obama, than Barack Obama's father would be the first, and would lend credence to the idea that clearly Barack Obama IS a naturalized citizen, he's just NOT a natural born citizen and therefore not elegible to be either president or vice president of the United States of America.

I think Hillary Clinton should remain a senator and still be secretary of state because she can handle both jobs. But if I were suggesting which job Hillary Clinton should hold onto, probably the senate seat. It seems to me that Hillary Clinton can wield more power in a productive and intelligent manner by working with a congress in which republicans will look to her as the voice of reason among a huge democratic majority.

I try to visualize Hillary Clinton as secretary of state. Sometimes I see her hitting a home run as she really is able to discuss and resolve important international issues, and then other times I see her role as being completely dependent on how the media decides to play it, and how the Barack Obama team decides to toy with her.

Yeah, Hillary Clinton could do both jobs at the same time (although I presume it's not legal), but if she had to choose one....

The Brilliance of Sarah Palin's Turkey Interview is once again Attacked by MSNBC, to the glee of their Gullible Minions.

Sarah Palin is brilliant.

Palin's interview at the Turkey Processing Plant was an uncomfortably beautiful thing to observe. If it made you uncomfortable to see Sarah Palin going on in a pleasant manner in the foreground while in the background Turkeys are being killed, the point is, YOU SHOULD FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, and, IT IS REALITY.

According to MSNBC, it is Sarah Palin who was the fool, who didn't know better, and just let herself be videotaped with the background as it was. What MSNBC is in denial about is that this interview forces us to look at ourselves.

This is who we are. Can someone explain why it is "acceptable" to sit around the Thanksgiving dinner table, eating turkey, while talking about our social calendar? How is that any different than what Sarah Palin did?

At least Sarah Palin was showing it like it is, this is a part of our economy. Palin's immersion into her environment so that the entire scene MUST be viewed as inseparable, is the mark of a true artist. Is MSNBC's position that Sarah Palin is a fool for wanting to show everybody the truth about what goes on in a Turkey processing plant?

If it makes you uncomfortable to see Turkeys being killed in the background, don't allow MSNBC to manipulate your feelings into somehow thinking it's Sarah Palin who is to blame. There is no blame, the story here is society kill animals and eats them, to try and spin that message into this being about Sarah Palin is to insult the death of those animals.

Somebody in the animal movement once said to me, "If people didn't eat all of these turkeys, the turkeys would never be raised and they wouldn't exist at all in the first place". They were just pointing out the irony that if people didn't eat so much turkey for Thanksgiving, those Turkeys would never exist at all. Even though they abhorred Thanksgiving, they realized that without Thanksgiving, 70 million turkeys might never have lived at all.

How can one accurately judge how barbaric it is to create animal life for the purpose of food consumption when the alternative is to not create that animal life at all, especially if the animals are treated respectfully while they live?

The headline that I used for this article is pretty much what MSNBC and Huffington Post do on a regular basis. It is my opinion interjected into what is supposed to be a headline. As a blogger, I probably get more latitude than MSNBC or Huffington Post, or so I thought, but you'd never know it if you happen to catch MSNBC's act or a Huffington Post Headline.

I'm thinking Hillary Clinton should stay in the Senate, cultivate her connections, and be there to support Barack if it makes sense to do so. If Barack and his cronies don't get the job done, it's a win win for the democratic party as the democratic party can move in a new direction if necessary.

I kind of like the idea of Hillary Clinton being there as a link to the Republican party to make sure they are represented in certain situations where the democratic congress might just want to ram through their own legislation, their own way. By the way, if Bill Clinton agrees to divulge his connections to Barack Obama's administration as a compromise to Hillary Clinton being secretary of state, then the reciprocal thing to do would be to never contact these sources without going through Bill Clinton or Bill Clinton's foundation. Fair is fair.

How come that bus doesn't have enough seats in the front for everybody?

In the year of Barack Obama, Lynette Long tells of an experience in which three restaurant hoodlums held onto two extra seats that they did not need, thus denying Lynette's own group a chance to use the seats for dining. When one of Lynette's friends tried to resolve the matter, she was met with indifference from the restaurant staff.

A drink of water poured onto the head of one of the restaurant hoodlums resulted in a beating and a dragging of Lynette's friend. Restaurant patrons had to intervene and the three hoodlums ran out of the place.

So, what is the lesson? As things stand right now, the lesson is, if three male hoodlums hold onto to two extra seats in a restaurant that they don't need, don't you dare challenge them for the chairs, even if they don't need them and you do.

I am encouraging Lynette to name the restaurant.

THE RESTAURANT
I have gotten many requests from readers and friends to out the restaurant. My hesitancy is it is a small woman owned business. I have met the owner at several events in town and I assure you she was not there Friday night. If she was this would not have happened. I will call her Monday morning and personally discuss the events with her. I appreciate everyones concern and I am personally still processing the event. I have seldom seen such a random and aggressive act of violence two feet from me. I am becoming more and more convinced that the lack of safety for women in this country is underestimated. Why can't I walk down a dark street alone? Why do I have to silence myself because I am the smaller sex? Why is it a crime to "lynch" a dummy of Obama but not a crime to "lynch" a dummy of Sara Palin? Hate crimes are perpetrated against women every minute of the day. Isn't it time we say enough?

This would allow other PUMA members who live in the area a chance to visit the restaurant and peacefully protest the behavior of the three restaurant hoodlums. Visit the restaurant, get a table, but do not buy anything. Politely explain upon leaving why you are leaving, and most importantly, don't drop any change in the restaurant.

Use the restaurant for you convenience and your convenience only, the way that the three hoodlums did.

I also would encourage the taking of pictures of the damage done to the friend's face by the hoodlum. Funny how in the year of Barack Obama it looks like the back of the bus is just as busy as ever. (end of article before additional information from Lynette Long was available.)

The additional information provided by Lynnette Long puts a somewhat different spin on things. However, I am torn as to how much difference it should make when it comes to who actually owns the restaurant. The ultimate result was still an unacceptable one.

Rachel Maddow managed to pull out a very infrequent gem among most of her news turds the other night. Maddow pointed out that Sarah Palin and Rick Davis both thought the Katie Couric interview was going to be a soft interview. Perhaps a girlfriends being girlfriends kind of a thing?

OUCH!

If women expect better treatment from men, for how long should women expect preferential treatment from other women? Is the woman owner financially benefiting from the type of treatment that Lynnette Long's friend was exposed to? If a male worker does not feel comfortable coming to the aid of a woman customer in a restaurant owned by a woman, isn't it possible that that disrespect is going on in other ways as well? Is giving the women owner the benefit of the doubt a form of coddling her and in the process keeping her weaker? Just asking.

It was suggested on another blog that the three hoodlums were holding the chairs just in case some woman came in that they were interested in. If that is true, then maybe the owner looks the other way because it keeps her business busy and thriving.
If a future meeting happens between Lynette and the owner of the restaurant, I would recommend that the employees who were present at the original confrontation also be there. It is important for the owner and Lynette to gauge if any regret is visible among the employees who were there.

If this story had been covered by the mainstream media, it would be a lot bigger deal. Remember that before this incident is forgotten.

Even if Hillary Clinton were President, PUMA's are Still Needed.

After watching MSNBC spews, it is clear to me that PUMA's STILL MATTER. Revisionist history is already erupting out of the mouths of the winning side. If PUMA's go silent, the likes of Howard Dean, Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews and many many others will continue to splooge their well compensated version of revisionist history propaganda about what really happened during the 2008 political campaigns.

If Hillary Clinton ends up as Barack Obama's Secretary of State, PUMA's will still be needed in increasing numbers to make sure that we can vanguards truth. Events unfold on a daily basis in which MSNBC continues to comment, mold, and manufacture the news rather than just report the news, DailyPUMA and the bloggers on it should be treasured by those who see through MSNBC and their allies.

PUMA Internet Journalism that Relies on News Scraping, Legitimate, Yes or No?

Is PUMA newscraping a legitimate form of journalism? Many, perhaps most PUMA articles rely on newscraping. Newscraping occurs when an internet writer "copies" a passage or quote from another internet article, without permission, even if the original source is credited.

One way to determine if newscraping is legitimate or not involves examining how internet news is created in the first place. Most internet news is created via advertiser based funding, access, and capable reporting. The moment anyone of those three elements are removed, we have what the established news media would consider news scrapings.

Take away funding, and suddenly access or capable reporting can dry up. Take away access, and suddenly any amount of money and a capable reporter will no longer result in a news story, but newscraping. Take away a capable reporter, and once again money and access really don't mean much.

Recently, there were reports of three journalists not being allowed on Barack Obamas plane because of prior articles they had written. If this is true, than it pretty much means that journalists have to compromise their writing to ensure continued access for their "stories".

Those who may thumb their nose at newscrapers must themselves toe the line and COMPLY to terms we know nothing about, or risk losing access. If "legitimate" news organizations are obediently following guidelines so they don't risk losing access, then their reports are severely biased AND MUST BE SCRUTINIZED BY OTHERS.

Newscraping expands the reach of the original story, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, and secondly, the discussion of the original article allows for an alternative perspective to be attached, one in which the writer feels free to write what they think without fear of being left off the plane.

Youtube may be the biggest scraper of all, and all the entities that at one time were suing them, are now learning to work with Youtube. I believe that that is the logical next step for the newspaper community and the newscraping community, including PUMAs.

The Nuttiness of MSNBC, Exposed.

When John McCain wanted to cancel the first presidential debate and go to Washington so he could be involved in the design of the first bailout bill, MSNBC accused John McCain of using the bailout bill as a "diversion" to avoid debating Barack Obama.

The day the first bailout bill was to be voted on by Congress, MSNBC's position was that the bailout bill was just supposed to pass. Instead of objectively reporting about the bailout bill congressional vote, MSNBC openly lobbied that the bailout bill WAS SUPPOSED to PASS or there would be catastrophic consequences.

When the first Bailout Bill vote failed, MSNBC accused John McCain of not being able to deliver any votes towards the PASSAGE of the first vote on the bailout bill. This despite the fact that americans were calling in 20-1 AGAINST the Bailout Bill. MSNBC was tell dictating how John McCain should vote or risk being ridiculed on air!

When the second bailout bill passed, MSNBC portrayed Barack Obama as scholarly and intelligent and "working the phones" behind the scenes for its passage.

At one point, MSNBC promoted a ridiculously unscientific hastily put together automated phone poll that showed an overwhelming amount of americans felt the candidates should debate and NOT use the bailout bill as an excuse to cancel the first debate. MSNBC flogged this quickie phone poll over John McCain's head as "proof" that John McCain was afraid to debate Barack Obama when the public wanted it.

Based on John McCain's statement that McCain wanted to cancel the first debate and go to Washington and deal with the bailout bill, MSNBC set up John McCain to be mercilessly flogged no matter what McCain did next. When John McCain acquiesced to the MSNBC led pressure to not cancel the first debate, McCain was then accused by MSNBC of being a flip flopper for going to the first debate!

Ed Rendell and a few other top democratic officials created the same talking points that John McCain's "flip flopping" proved he couldn't run the country. It was as if MSNBC and company had shared a Destroy John McCain playbook and were reciting the same lines.

Now its 7 weeks later, and I witness Rachel Maddow on her show last night "incensed" that the bailout bill was rushed. YOU RUSHED IT! YOU, Olbermann, Matthews, Schuster, Contessa Brewer, ALL OF YOU RUSHED the PASSAGE of the BAILOUT BILL DURING YOUR BROADCASTS and USED IT AS A POLITICAL COMMENTARY TOOL against John McCain.

On practically a daily basis, I believe Maddow, Olbermann, Matthews, Schuster, Gregory, and Brewer blur the line between political COMMENTARY and NEWS reporting, I call it SPEWS.

MSNBC perpetually spews forth their commentary blather while masquerading it as news.

Until there is a big fat COMMENTARY splattered on the television screen for most of MSNBC's daily broadcast, MSNBC will continue to browbeat Women Politicians and anyone who is not for Barack Obama, while pretending they are just reporting the news.

I believe it is going to take intelligent filings with the FCC to reign MSNBC in.
